Ingredients

  • 2 local, organic Granny Smith apples, unpeeled and julienned
  • 1/2 ½ cup red onion, very thinly julienned
  • 1/2 ½ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/4 ¼ cup fennel fronds
  • 1/4 ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Himalayan organic salt and cracked mixed pepper

Combine ingredients in large bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
