Ingredients
- 4 Boneless Chicken Breast
- 3/4 ¾ C Seasoned flour
- 2 T Olive Oil
- 1/2 ½ C Orange Juice
- 1/4 ¼ C Lemon Juice
- 2 T Honey
- 1 1/2 1 ½ t Soy Sauce
- 1/2 ½ t Ginger
- 1 Orange, sectioned or slice
Preparation
Step 1
1. Coat chicken breast in flour, brown well in large skillet.
2. Mix all other ingredients except orange sections to make sauce. Pour over chicken.
3. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
4. Add orange sections, heat 5 more minutes.
