Mrs. Bladuell’s Corn Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 bags of corn bread muffin mix Pioneer brand from HEB
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1 bag of 4 or 6 oz chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 ½ cup of raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with egg beater or large fork and then pour over the mold.

Grease 8 x 8 mold and dump mix. Cook for 35-40 mins at 350 degrees
