Ingredients
- 4 cups sour cherries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp lemon zest
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together place in a 2 crust pie. Preheat oven to 450F, Bake for 10 mins., reduce to 350F, bake for 40 mins. or until done. (can be up to an hour or more)
