Italian Beef-Sharon Kolff

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs chuck roast
  • 2 pkg Good Season Italian dressing mix
  • 1 pkg dry mushroom/onion mix
  • 1 can beer

Preparation

Step 1

Cook in crock pot on low 10 hours.

Shred the meat and let it sit in juice.

Serve with rolls and horseradish.
