Pear Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ½ cup butter
  • 3/4 ¾ cup flour
  • 2/3-cup sugar
  • 1/4 ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 ¼ cup sugar
  • 1/2 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium can pears
  • Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Crust - mix and put in 8-inch square pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Topping – cream. Pour over crust and top with pear halves then sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, let cool. Cut into squares.
