BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP -Kathy Little

Ingredients

  • 1 ) 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 2 ) 1 can cream of broccoli soup
  • 3 ) 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 4 ) 1 package frozen chopped broccoli (10 oz)
  • 5 ) 2 cups half & half
  • 6 ) 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 7 ) 1 stick butter
  • 8 ) 1 pound velvetta

Preparation

Step 1

Cook onion in butter until soft. Cook chopped broccoli in microwave for 5 minutes. Add all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low until melted. If needed you can add milk to soup to make it the consistency of how you like it.
