PUMPKIN PIE (Kathy Little)

Ingredients

  • 1 ) 2 eggs
  • 2 ) 1 can pumpkin
  • 3 ) 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 ) 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 ) 3 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 6 ) 3 drops oil of cinnamon
  • 7 ) 1 can milnot (13 oz)
  • 8 ) 1 pie crust unbaked

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs and stir in remaining ingrediants. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and continue baking for 45 minutes or until done. Pie will be solid in center.
