zucchini loaf

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup grated zucchini with peel
• 1.2 /3 flour
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• pinch of cloves
• chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

beat eggs until frothy add sugar add oil vanilla and
zucchini stir
add remaining ingedients stir until moistened
grease bottom of 8 x 4 loaf pan
cook
