BBQ Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • As many chicken wings as you need
  • Some olive oil to lightly coat them
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Small bottle of favorite bbq sauce (I go for the sweet ones)
  • Preheat grill!

Preparation

Step 1

1. Wash and pat dry the chicken wings.

2. Season wings with salt and pepper, then brush on a thin coat of olive oil.

3. Place on grill, turn occasionally. About 10-15 minutes.

4. When wings are fully cooked golden and juices run clear, brush on a conservative amount of bbq sauce until they are coated lightly and evenly.

5. Grill for another minute or two to get sauce sizzling. Don't grill for too much longer or else the sauce will blacken.

Make sure you have plenty of napkins to go around!
