  • 1 lb. stew meat, cubed
  • 1 C. cubed potatoes
  • 1 C. sliced carrots
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 C. celery or green pepper-optional
  • 2 T. tapioca
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1-2 T. beef bullion granules
  • 2 C. tomato juice or 1 C. juice + 1 C. water

Preparation

Step 1

Bake 5 hours at 250 degrees or in a crock pot.
