BAKED HAM ( Gary Tite)

Ingredients

  • 1 smoked ham
  • 1 box brown sugar
  • 1 small can sliced pineapple in heavy syrup
  • 1/2 cup prepared mustard
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup cola

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Mix together brown sugar, mustard, and cola.
3. Line a deep roaster with foil and put in your ham. Coat
ham with brown sugar sauce.
3, Decorate with pineapple chunks; secure with tooth
picks. Wrap ham in foil and bake for 25-30 minutes per
pound. Serve hot or chilled.
