Salmon Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.75 oz) salmon, undrained
  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsps melted butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat over to 350 F.

In a mixing bowl, combine the salmon, cracker crumbs, milk, egg, salt, pepper and melted butter. Mix thoroughly.

Press the salmon mixture into a lightly greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until top is slightly crusty.
