Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup toasted Sesame Oil
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic-Chili Sauce ( Hokan Chili Sauce with garlic )
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
