Ingredients
- 2 T. butter
- 2 T. flour
- 1 tsp salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. onion flakes
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 cans French-style beans, drained
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole. Melt butter, stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onion flakes. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and beans. Turn into cassserole and top with cheese and cornflakes. Bake for 30 minutes.
