Pumpkin Black Bean Turkey Chili - crock pot

Ingredients

  • 1 cup onion, chop
  • 1 cup yellow pepper, chop
  • 3 garlic cloves, mince
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 1/2-2 tsp dried onion
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 30 o black beans, rinse
  • 2 1/2 cup cooked turkey, chopped
  • 16 oz pumpkin
  • 14 oz diced tomatos
  • 3 cups chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

1. Saute onion, pepper and garlic in oil for 8 minutes, or until soft
2. Stir in spices. Cook 1 minute. Transfer to cooker.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Cook 7-8 hours
