Ingredients
- 2 cans asparagus tips
- 1 loaf sandwich bread
- 8 oz Roquefort cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 T mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Cut crusts off bread. Mix cheeses, mayo and egg. Roll bread out flat and spread mixture on top. Top with one piece of asparagus, roll up and cut in half. Dip each piece in melted butter and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. May be frozen at this point. Bake at 350 for 15 min or until browned.
