Mary's Perciatelli

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pasta
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • cheese
  • broccoli

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta until al dente. Save 1/2 c pasta water. Saute garlic in 1/4 - 1/2 c olive oil. Add pasta water and pour over cooked pasta. Add pepper. Bake 20 min. Toss with cheese and broccoli.
