Grilled Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 1/2 ½ cup dry red wine
  • 2 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • fresh ground pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Step 1

1 - Pierce lamb chops with fork.
2 - Place in a shallow oblong dish; add wine.
3 - Marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature.
4 - In a bowl; mix together worchestershire sauce, rosemary & garlic. Mix well & set aside.
5 - Remove chops from marinade & discard marinade.
6 - Place chops on grill over medium heat.
7 - Spoon half of sauce over chops & sprinkle with salt & pepper.
8 - Cook 4-5 minutes or until browned.
9 - Turn chops & spoon remaining sauce over chops; sprinkle with salt & pepper.
10 – Cook 4-5 minutes or until done.
