Chicken with Almonds & Noodles

Ingredients

  • 12 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Onion Sliced & Seperated into Rings
  • 1/4 C Flour
  • 1/3 C Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Ginger
  • 1 Can (15 Oz.) Chow Mein Noodles Chopped
  • 1/4 C Chopped Almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Wash chicken & Pat Dry. Dust Chicken & Onion Rings with Flour. Dip into Butter mixed with Soy Sauce & Seasonings.

Roll chicken in Crushed Almonds & Noodles.

Arrange in Baking Dish with Onions overlapping on Chicken. Drizzle remaining Butter on Top.

Baked Covered @ 350 for 30 Mins., Uncover for 30 Mins., until Tender, Juicy & Crisp. Keep in Oven at Least 15 more mins. Covered.
