Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

  • Thinly sliced boneless chicken breast
  • Flour
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice,divided
  • 2 chicken bullion cubes
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 Tbsp white wine Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 stick butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, paprika and garlic powder. Mix egg and 1 Tbsp lemon juice. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then flour mixture. Saute for 6 minutes on each side in butter. Dissolve chicken bullion cubes in hot water. Add 3 Tbsp lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Pour this over chicken and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
