Ingredients
- 2 c chopped cranberries
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted and cooled
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c flour
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t almond extract
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Put cranberries, walnuts and 1/2 c sugar in a buttered 10" pie plate or springform pan. Mix eggs, butter, 1 c sugar, flour, salt, and extract. Stir batter until smooth and pour over the cranberry walnut mixture. Bake in middle of the oven for 40 min, or until a tester comes out clean.
