Pico De Gallo Salsa

Ingredients

  • 5-6 roma tomatoes
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 serrano or jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all lingredients and allow to sit for awhile in fridge so the flavors have a chance to
"marry" Serve with tortilla chips
