Ingredients
- 2 8oz swordfish steaks
- 1 T crushed garlic
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1 med. mango
- 1 tsp. basil, chopped
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. horseradish
- Pinch white pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Puree mango & combine with basil, mustard, onion, horseradish, and white pepper. Heat in sauce pan and keep warm
2. Marinate steaks in oil and garlic for 2 hours. Remove and grill on both sides until done.
3. Place steaks on plates and pour sauce around.
