Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 2 T paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 c milk
- 1/2 c butter
- 4 fresh lake perch
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix dry ingredients together – set aside.
2. Blend milk and egg in small bowl. Dip perch into egg wash first then flour mixture
3. Carefully place into hot butter and brown on both sides. Remove from pan and place on paper towel to absorb excess butter
