Ingredients
- Thinly sliced onions. Any kind.
- Minced garlic, 2 cloves
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Slice the onions very thin.
Heat the oil and butter in a sautee pan.
When hot add the onions and seasonings and garlic.
Cover the pot and cook til browned. Stirring so as not to burn.
