Ingredients
- 1 small box vanilla wafers (crushed)
- 2 cups confectioner sugar
- 1 carton cool whip
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cups pecans
- 1 small can pineapple (crushed and drained)
Preparation
Step 1
Spread all but 1/2 cup of crumbs in 8 x 10 pyrex dish. Mix sugar and cool whip and spread over crumbs. Mix other ingredients and spread over cool whip. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate several hours.
