Sausage and goat cheese crostini

Ingredients

• 3 italian sausages, mashed
• 5 oz goat cheese
• 15 1/4 " slices of italian bread
• fresh basil

Preparation

Step 1

1) preheat oven to 350

2) remove skin from sausages and mash meat in a bowl. add goat cheese. stir until creamy

3) spread on bread and bake for 15 minutes or sausage is cooked thru

4) garnish with fresh basil
