Ingredients

  • 2 T vegetable oil/ flour
  • 1 T chili pwdr
  • 3 C chicken stock
  • 10 oz tomato paste
  • 1 tsp @ oregano/ cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

In med saucepan heat oil, add flour, smoothing & stirring w/ wooden spoon. Cook for 1 min. Add chili powder, cook for 30 secs. Add rest of ingred. Bring to a boil. Cook 15 mins. Sauce will thicken & smooth out.
