Party Potatoes

Ingredients

• 8 to 10 med. potatoes – peeled and cooked
• 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
• 1 cup sour cream
• Butter
• Paprika
• Chives

Preparation

Step 1

Place cooked potatoes and all other ingredients into pot and ‘mash’ blend together.

Place in greased casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.

May be frozen
