Artichoke and Egg Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce ) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder, or to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, eggs, curry powder, salt and black pepper in a bowl until well mixed.

Serves 10.
