Ingredients
- 50 ml sugar
- 15 ml frozen orange juice
- 175 ml plain yogurt
- 1 grated orange rind
Preparation
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl, combine sugar, orange juice and orange rind. Stir to mix. Stir in yogurt and mix well. And a drop of orange food coloring if you wish.
Uses:
Over berries, sponge cake, base for fruit, over lemon sorbet.
