    ml frozen orange juice

    ml plain yogurt

    grated orange rind

Directions

In a small mixing bowl, combine sugar, orange juice and orange rind. Stir to mix. Stir in yogurt and mix well. And a drop of orange food coloring if you wish. Uses: Over berries, sponge cake, base for fruit, over lemon sorbet. 21 calories per tablespoon.
