Ingredients
- 1 lb grond beef
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup milk
- 6 flour tortillas 6-8 inches cut in to 1" pieces
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
In skillet over medium heat cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat. Drain
Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and half the cheese. Spoon into 2 qt shallow baking dish. Cover
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
