Ingredients
- 1 Whole Chicken Washed & Dried
- Dukes Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Stick Un-Salted Butter
- Grill Mates Chicken Rub
- Aluminum Foil Pan
- Apple Flavored Wood Chips
Preparation
Step 1
Coat Butter with Rub, Place in Cavity of Chicken. Add More to inside.
Coat Chicken with Mayonnaise, Add Rub, Coating Heavy. Place Breast Side down in Pan.
Set Smoker at 275F, Place Chicken inside. Cook about 1 1/2 Hours, or Until 165F at Thickest Part of Breast and Brown Crust Skin.
Remove Chicken, allow to rest 10 minutes before carving.
