Beef & Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 - 16 oz bag frozen hash browns, southern style
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 pound ground beef eye of round
  • 2 - 4 oz cans of mushrooms stems and pieces, do not drain
  • 1 - 2.5 oz pkg dry onion soup mix (2 pkg. per box)
  • 1 - 16 oz jar of your favorite chunky salsa

Preparation

Step 1

In a crockpot stir all ingredients until well mixed.

Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low 8 - 9 hours.

If desired salt and pepper to taste.
