Ingredients
- 2 chopped onions
- 3 crushed cloves garlic
- 3 chopped bacon rashers
- 2 x400g cans tomatoes
- 2 tspn tom paste
- 1/2 tspn italian herbs
- 1/2 tspn sugar
- salt,pepper
- 500 g pasta
Preparation
Step 1
Fry onion,garlic and bacon in a little oil until onion transparent.
Add tom paste,toms,herbs,sugar,salt and pepper.
Simmer 10 mins
Cook pasta then put in sauce
