Ingredients
- Crisp:
- 5 c. apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 ½ Tbsp. flour
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 1 ½ c. oatmeal
- 1 ½ c. flour
- 1 ½ c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray bottom of a 9 X 13-inch cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Combine the first five ingredients and allow to sit while mixing topping.
4. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
5. Pour apple mixture into the bottom of prepared cake pan.
6. Top with the crisp topping.
7. Bake for 45 minutes, or until apples are tender.
