  • 1 1/2 CUPS CHOPPED SWEET GREEN PEPPERS
  • 3 CLOVES GARLIC - MINCED
  • 3 LBS. BEEF STEW - CUT IN 1 INCH CUBES
  • 6 OZ. TOMATO PASTE
  • 4 TSP. PAPRIKA
  • BLACK PEPPER
  • 4 CUPS COOKED EGG NOODLES
  • 1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM

Step 1

IN SLOW COOKER ADD - ONIONS,PEPPERS,AND GARLIC

TOP WITH MEAT - IN BOWL COMBINE TOMATO PASTE
1/2 CUP WATER,PAPRIKA,1/4 TSP SALT,AND PEPPER

POUR OVER MEAT -

COVER - COOK ON LOW 10 - 12 HOURS - HIGH 5 - 6 HOURS

SERVE OVER HOT COOKED NOODLES - PASS SOUR CREAM
