Ingredients
- 1 oz butter
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 oz shredded fontina cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk, and heat until bubbling and thickened. Stir in the shredded fontina cheese.
