Chocolate Ganache

Quick ganache made with evaporated milk and semisweet chocolate. Use for biscotti or any other recipe.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces semi-chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cups evaporated milk or heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon brandy, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chopped chocolate chips in evaporated milk. Add butter and brandy (if using) and mix until smooth and shiny.

Cool slightly then dip biscotti or pour over cake or tart.
