Ingredients

  • 8

    ounces semi-chocolate chips

  • 3/4

    cups evaporated milk or heavy cream

  • 2

    tablespoons butter

  • 1

    tablespoon brandy, optional

Directions

Melt chopped chocolate chips in evaporated milk. Add butter and brandy (if using) and mix until smooth and shiny. Cool slightly then dip biscotti or pour over cake or tart.
