Ingredients

  • 9 " unbaked pie shell
  • 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. (scant) flour
  • 2 c. thin cream (i.e. half & half)
  • Butter
  • Nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare the pie shell.

Combine sugar, flour, and cream, stirring until no flour lumps remain. Pour into the pie shell. Dot with butter, sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a preheated 350° oven.
