- 1 box of french vanilla, vanilla, yellow or lemon cake mix.
- 3 eggs
- 1 15oz can of mandarin oranges, juice separated from the fruit
- **Demarle mold
- **Demarle perforated sheet
Preparation
Step 1
Directions:
Mix the cake mix with 3 eggs and the juice from the mandarin oranges.
When well mixed, add oranges and mix till they are a little broken up.
Pour in mold
Bake at 350 for about 35 min. or until done.
Let cool completely, unmold and add chocolate ganache or cool whip frosting.
