Apple (Fruit) Cider

Ingredients

  • 8 cups (2 quarts) apple cider
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 ¼ lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 5 whole cloves

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients in a large pot. Warm slowly over medium-low heat, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn down to low for an additional 20 to 30 minutes. (Do not let it come to a boil – this is what the term “mulling” implies). Serve warm.
