Salmon Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 can 14.5 oz drain
  • Saltine crackers,fat free saltines.{3.33}
  • 17 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 1 teas. onion powder
  • and s/p to taste

Preparation

Step 1

lightly beat egg whites and milk. add onion powder and pepper.
Flake salmon and remove bones. add flaked salmon to the egg mixture,
add cracker crumbs. mix together and form into 6 patties. Saute
in tbsp of canola oil. for about 5 minutes per side or until
golden brown. Serve plain or with your favorite seafood sauce. \
