Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 8-oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 cup real mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can Durkee onion rings
- 1 lb sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tblsp lemon juice
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Saute almonds in butter until golden brown. Saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Mix all ingredients, except cheese and Durkee onions. Place in 9x13 casserole dish; top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with Durkee onions over top and bake 15 minutes longer.
