Ingredients
- 1 Shallot, minced
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup walnut or olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Whisk together the shallot, vinegar and mustard. Slowly whisk in the oil until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Add the salt and pepper. Pour over salad and toss to combine.
