Ingredients
- 2 pkg crescent rolls
- 2 pkg cream cheese room temp
- 1 egg separated
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
Step 1
spread 1 pkg rolls in bottom of sheet cake pan
mix all other ingredients except other pkg of rolls and egg white with mixer and spread over rolls in pan
spread other pkg of rolls on top - seal seams lightly
brush with egg white
cover for first 15 - 20 minutes and bake in preheated 375 oven
uncover for another 15 - 20 minutes until golden
