Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup of green peppers
- 1 can 14.75 oz of salmon used 1/4 cup
- 1-2 eggs org. if can be.I use egg whites..
Preparation
Step 1
In A Frying Pan put in the eggs then the salmon and
peppers. cook till where you like it. A little s/p
to taste.
calories 115 for salmon and egg whites.
cholesterol 40 egg whites none.
sodium is 270 Protein is 17 for both.
